Theodore “Ted” Zinger is a senior associate at Amaro Baldwin LLP. Prior to joining the firm, he spent eight years in private practice and more than 26 years representing public entities, including serving as a Deputy Attorney General in the Torts and Condemnation Section of the Civil Division of the California Office of the Attorney General in Los Angeles and as a Deputy City Attorney in the Long Beach City Attorney’s Office, Litigation Department. In these roles, Mr. Zinger represented the State, the City, and their employees in high-exposure, complex personal injury matters, as well as state and federal civil rights litigation.


Mr. Zinger’s practice encompasses all aspects of civil litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, trial, settlement, and appeal in both state and federal courts. Mr. Zinger is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law.
