Stefanie Hardy is an associate at Amaro Baldwin LLP. Prior to joining Amaro Baldwin, she was a court staff attorney with the Superior Court of San Mateo for nine years. Ms. Hardy has extensive experience handling pre-trial motions stemming from a variety of civil actions, including general liability, personal injury, products liability, and employment law.

Ms. Hardy graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Minor in English. She obtained her Juris Doctorate in 1999 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While at McGeorge, Ms. Hardy studied Fundamental Human Rights in Europe and the United States under Associate Justice Anthony M. Kennedy in Salzburg, Austria. 

Ms. Hardy is admitted to practice in all California State Courts.
