Admitted to the California State Bar in 2017, Ms. Culmer brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her legal practice.

A distinguished alumna of The Pennsylvania State University, Ms. Culmer holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Communications, Arts, and Sciences. She furthered her legal education at Southwestern Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor. During her time in law school, Ms. Culmer served as the competition chair of the Negotiations Honors Program, showcasing her exceptional skills in negotiating complex cases—an attribute that continues to be a valuable asset to our firm.
