Mary E. Bevins

Senior Associate

Mary Bevins is a senior associate at Amaro Baldwin LLP. She has extensive jury trial experience taking cases to verdict. Her practice is focused on defending civil litigation actions, in areas including general liability, products liability, premises liability, medical and professional negligence, business disputes, insurance coverage, construction defect, real estate and environmental law, employment and discrimination law, workers’ compensation, Fair Housing laws, habitability issues and claimed violations under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Ms. Bevins has served as a Judge Pro Tem with the Orange County Superior Court Mandatory Settlement Conference, personal injury, and business panels.

Ms. Bevins attended San Diego State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology. She studied law at Western State University College of Law and earned her Juris Doctor degree in 1992. She previously competed as a professional triathlete and was employed by the State of California as a San Diego Coast Supervisor. While attending San Diego State, she was the recipient of student athlete academic awards in Division I women’s swimming. She and her family remain highly active in aquatics, as well as beachside and local community service.

She is admitted to practice in all United States District Courts of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.​
