Gladis is a Paralegal in the Workers’ Compensation Department at Amaro Baldwin LLP. Prior to joining the firm, she spent eight years with another workers’ compensation law firm where she tailored her expertise in claims management, hearing preparation, and client support in workers’ compensation cases.

Ms. Gonzalez volunteers at local animal shelters as a dog walker to help with socializing the pets through compassion and companionship. She also enjoys hiking, attending concerts and sporting events as well as quality moments with family and friends.
