Andrew Branam is a partner at Amaro Baldwin LLP, bringing over 18 years of legal experience to the firm. He joined the firm in January 2023, after spending his career at Prindle, Goetz, Barnes & Reinholtz LLP where he began as an associate attorney in 2005 and became a partner in 2011.

Mr. Branam graduated from San Diego State University in 2001 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Political Science. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2004. He was admitted to the California State Bar in November of the same year, and has been practicing law ever since.

Mr. Branam's legal practice primarily focuses on litigation involving the defense of workers' compensation claims, including life pension exposure cases, death claims, petitions for penalties, discrimination claims pursuant to Labor Code section 132(a), serious and willful misconduct claims, and appeals associated with these actions. He has extensive trial experience before the WCAB, including high exposure and "catastrophic" cases. Mr. Branam is known for his tenacious and strategic approach to litigation, consistently delivering successful outcomes for his clients. His expertise and commitment to his clients make him an invaluable member of the Amaro Baldwin LLP team.

In his spare time, Mr. Branam enjoys spending time with his family and he can often be found attending his daughters' sporting events.
