Keolani Neal is the Firm Administrator for Amaro Baldwin LLP.  Ms. Neal is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the firm, which includes human resources, finance, technology, personnel and benefits. She also is charged with recruitment of new professionals to the firm.

Ms. Neal is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators. In addition, she is well-versed in all aspects of civil litigation, having previously worked with Michael L. Amaro, Esq. as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal for over 25 years. Ms. Neal previously attended Cypress City College, where she studied business management. She believes that people are the best part of her job, whether it is staff, attorneys or clients.

Ms. Neal and her husband moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 2020 from Long Beach, California, where she works remotely for the firm. She enjoys visiting her favorite wineries, hiking, exercising, and a good Yankees game. She also loves spending time with her three grown children and three precious grandsons.
