Patrick Gangitano is an associate attorney at Amaro Baldwin LLP, where he represents businesses and individuals in employment and business disputes throughout California. He advises clients on a broad range of employment law and commercial matters, guiding them through all stages of litigation while providing practical counsel on compliance, workplace investigations, and risk management.

Prior to joining Amaro Baldwin, Mr. Gangitano operated his own law practice, where he advised and defended small and mid-sized businesses in employment and business-related matters. He has extensive experience representing clients before administrative agencies, including Cal/OSHA, the Employment Development Department, and the California Labor Commissioner’s Office. His practice also includes significant experience handling public-sector employment issues and disciplinary proceedings.

Mr. Gangitano has long been active in the Long Beach legal and business communities, serving in leadership roles with the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce, and the Long Beach Bar Association.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Gangitano enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and playing guitar whenever he has the opportunity.
