Tiffany Howard is an associate at Amaro Baldwin LLP. Before joining the firm, she advised several members of the U.S. House of Representatives on legislative and oversight matters and subsequently represented nonprofit clients in the government-relations sphere, focusing on complex policy and regulatory issues. Earlier in her career she practiced civil litigation in federal and state courts, managing products-liability and catastrophic personal-injury matters.

Ms. Howard earned her LL.M. in National Security & U.S. Foreign Relations Law from George Washington University Law School and her J.D. from University of San Francisco School of Law. She holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from Wellesley College.

Outside the office, she is committed to public service, enjoys creative projects and travel, and cherishes time with her rescue chihuahua.
